I can outright say that this is a poor choice to buy from: I bought safety boots for the upcoming work, and after having a bit of measurement wear, the steel toe was squeezing my toes, cutting into them. That and I am used to walking on a heel, and the boot had a completely round heel, making for an overall counterintuitive experience. I generally would not have a problem with this at all, not every foot is the same, but after I came to get a refund (two or three days after the purchase), I was rejected on the grounds that it had some traces of grass on them and they were "worn" and claimed he only accepts refunds only IF it is a factory fault on the footwear. Hold on, but factory flaws can be easily identified while in the shop. His part of the job AS a salesman should be (and I say "SHOULD BE" because apparently he does not even care what he brings on the storefront) proofing the footwear. The boots themselves are in a pristine condition. Sole is not worn, no part has stained dirt or scratches on them, nothing is torn or with damage on them. I would have understood if he would have asked me to clean the grass off them, okay, not a problem, after all, otherwise they are in the same condition as I bought them. I would have understood if he would have suggested me to try out a different pair of boots, which would be more acceptable for my foot, I would have paid the extra while making the exchange, but nope, he quite literally says, that if you paid for it, it's your own d*** fault. I have not encountered this poor refunds policy anywhere. ANY, literally ANY other shop would have been suggesting either exchange or accepting for a refund, for boots which were not damaged, and even in some specific cases, when damaged. People say that supermarkets have bad refund policies, but I never had a problem with anything from a supermarket. So, I'll just stick to supermarkets. I could never recommend this shop.
