Welcome to Ivy Counselling and Psychotherapy. We offer a warm, confidential space in Dublin 15 where you can talk openly, feel heard and begin to make sense of whatever you’re going through. Whether you’re facing a particular difficulty, feeling stuck, or simply know that something doesn’t feel right, here at Ivy Counselling and Psychotherapy, we can offer you the time and space to pause, reflect and understand yourself. There isn’t one reason people come to therapy, and there isn’t one single approach that works for everyone. At Ivy Counselling and Psychotherapy, our highly trained and experienced Psychotherapists can create a safe space for you to explore what you are experiencing and support you in developing better tools and awareness to move forward in your life.
