Isobel, Adare

Very disappointed. I was looking for a mother of the bride outfit, I rang Isobel spoke to the owner & asked about their outfits. I was told to come in & I would get all the help I needed, the staff would pick outfits for me to try. I travelled up from Cork. Picked up some outfits myself, the dressing rooms were full. The owner took the clothes from me & put them on a rail. A fitting room came free, I tried on the clothes, nobody came near me, asked if I needed any help, nothing. I left on the way out I decided I would say something. I told the owner I was very disappointed, all she said was "didn't I hang the clothes on a rail for you" and turned away. How rude. I would not recommend Isobel to anyone. Luckily I did get my outfit in a lovely shop, with great customer service. Eileen Cork
