Worst customer service and after sales service I’ve ever heard of. My parents have been chasing them for months to a resolution to an ongoing issue with Triple Glazed windows they had installed to absolutely no avail. I’d stay away. Unless of course chasing cowboys is your thing because that’s what this company is. They responded to my Facebook review telling me I better watch what I’m saying that they are a great company that has been in business for 47 years blah blah blah then they took it down when I responded with facts about how they were not reputable and in fact showed how they were nothing but cowboys. Stay as far away from these lads as you can.

Beware of this company! I had 2 external doors supplied and fit last year by International Glass. The front door came with a huge scratch that I was promised it would be fixed immediately, however the repair happened 4 month later after I chased the company countless times. The biggest disappointment was that International Glass never processed my payment for House Renovation Incentives, so that in the end I couldn't make a claim with the revenue. They refised to do it and lied about it. Stay away from International Glass!!
