Insomnia’s unique blend of 100% Fairtrade coffee is specially roasted for us weekly and we are proud to collaborate with Ireland’s Solaris Teas to provide a quality herbal tea range. Every Insomnia sandwich is individually handmade using local ingredients, therefore ensuring the food we sell is fresh, healthy and of the highest standards. We also work with a carefully selected group of local suppliers who produce and deliver a wide range of freshly baked bagels, pastries and delicious desserts to our Insomnia stores daily.
