I am an old age pensioner and requested help recently to purchase reading glasses at this store. I was pressured into getting the most expensive reading glasses with all these coatings I did not really need and was charged several hundred euros for 2 pairs. In fact he wanted me to get a third pair. I needed glasses but not to be ripped off frankly. After spending so much money on my limited budget I deserve a Hello or nice to see you at least when I return there right? But no - -in fact the person just walked away and ignored me - very poor customer service and I will never return there again - - I advise anyone to keep walking - spec savers would be way more welcoming.
