Without a doubt the worst service I have received from any company ever. Nothing was right and the attitude of the manager there in my opinion is shameful. Hampers delivered to wrong address, 20 MILES AWAY!!, despite very specific instructions advised by email and phone. Incorrect items in hamper and items missing. Wrong message on a gift card. No apology from the manager, instead a pathetic refund on one of the hampers. The cost would not even cover, petrol, personal time and M50 toll fees to go and collect the hampers from the incorrect address. Disgraceful service, attitude and no customer service policy or skills.

Would not recommend them.we bought a lot this Christmas from them and very dispointed . The double wine gift box the wine was very low alcohol and states wine.light these were for.our customers. I emailed and called and no results
