Helen White Clinic About Helen White Clinic - My name is Helen White and I run the Helen White Clinic, a Neuromuscular and Physical Therapy clinic in Ardcath Co Meath, we also specialise in natural injury treatment and prevention. About Me - I first started out in the accountancy profession. Then trained as a Fitness Instructor at the National Training College. For nine years I taught Aerobics, Fit ball, Step, Spin, Circuit and Kettle-bell classes. In 2011 I returned to train as a Neuromuscular and Physical Therapist under the watchful eye of John Sharkey at the National Training College. I have been an athlete for many years competing at national and international level on many occasions. About Achievement - My greatest achievements to date is receiving a Gold 2011 European Masters Mountain running Champion in Spain. Bronze 2011 World Masters Mountain running championships in Poland. Silver 2010 World Masters Mountain running Championship in Italy. At the moment I still compete at master’s level in duathlons, trial, road and cross country races.
