Both appointments we're booked for 4.30, we arrived 10 minutes early, and were told we will be with you shortly. 25 minutes later we finally got called. We understand hairdressers are very busy, and appointments can run late, but the staff never apologised for this. Staff were not very friendly and kept chatting among themselves, not engaging with their customers at all. The lady who was doing my hair when she was shampooing it, she left me waiting another 10 minutes, it took at least 25 minutes alone just to wash my hair. My friend was also left waiting another 10 minutes, whilst the hairdresser went off chatting. When the lady who was doing my hair, finally got round to blow-drying it, it seemed to take forever. She would do sections of my hair, then leave me sitting there, while she went off chatting, and again never apologised for it. By this stage I was extremely frustrated by it all, and the curly blow-dry I was very disappointed with how it turned out, but I didn't want to make a fuss so I just said it was fine. By this stage I could not wait to get out of there 1 and a 1/2 hours later. I had booked online and I had paid a deposit, when I went to pay the two ladies at the counter, one being the one who did my hair, whilst again chatting amongst themselves said that wasn't the correct price, so I now had to pay an extra €10 on top of what I paid all ready. Overall my friend and I had were not happy at all, and i would not recommend anyone to have their hair done here. We definitely won't be back again.
