Dealt with a guy in there Paul - he was excellent knowledge - helpful - took the time to explain what I needed and got me a good deal - would go back !
Refused to give me full refund ten minutes after issuing receipt

Burke Insurances refused to give me a full refund for insurance that I ordered online from their website www.publicliability.ie.
I requested cancellation 11 minutes after receiving the receipt and they deducted €45 and refused to give a full refund.
In my opinion this is unfair and I would not recommend this company. Not happy at all...
