Evelyn Cafferty and Fiona McLoughlin have worked in senior capacities for a number of food retail, catering, manufacturing, meat and livestock export businesses with responsibility for food safety, quality and training which facilitated the development of their people skills. They are Food Science & Technology graduates (UCC), qualified Food Safety Lead Auditors (IRCA), and qualified Trainers (NUI, Maynooth & Failte Ireland).
