Dear Sir / Madam I am writing with regarding your customer service. It has taken over a year to get my Gas meter reading sorted out even after making several calls and I was told that it would be done a year later it was still not done even after sending several emails and photos of my meters as per their requested. after all that I was in credit for £349 which I asked for a refund of £300 leaving the £49 credit on the account, I was told on the 20th Aug that it would take 10 days, I still did not receive the refund, I call again last Friday and was told it should be in my Account on Monday and it still not in again I have called today and was told something different that I still have to wait longer for my refund. this is so disappointing and frustrating. I can not believe the customer service I have received from you and I will be contacting Trading standards and watchdog unless my refund is in my account by tomorrow morning.
