Do not rent any room under the name of this property.they say they provide permanent contract but then after six months they give you statutory declaration and evict the tenants .They start giving you all the threats and use all means to throw you out of the apartment

Do not rent private rented accommodation from their subsidiaries green label short lets ltd and green label property management Ltd. They'll evict you illegally then won't pay what you're owed after losing the claim. The landlord also takes ages before doing maintenance on apartments.
