Went to Derek with an issue with break lights always on and engine not cutting out when key turned off and removed from ignition. Very pleasant to deal with and booked me in next day and had the issue sorted and car back to me within the day. Highly recommend for any electrical issues
Unsatisfied customer, 2 years ago
I went to Derek with a fault in my car. I had no idea what the problem was only that it was unsafe to drive. He was so rude and arrogant, telling me he was too busy to even look at me. Absolutely no people skills whatsoever. He didnt offer to supply me with the name of any alternative electrical repairs garage.
I hope he will always be so busy that he can rudely turn away business.
