Frankie has been working and teaching in the health and social care industry for more than twenty years. Her career in disability services has taught her that services need to be innovative and creative in order to enhance the experiences of those in receipt of care. Through teaching she has developed methods that can bring about innovation and improvements to services, delivering sustainable behavioural change. She believes that training services must keep pace not only with national standards but with international standards. It is essential that the end user is the focus of every service and training programme offered.
