Frank Dowling & Associates Frank Dowling- principal Frank qualified in podiatry at the university of Westminster, London in 1995 and is a member of the society ofchiropodists and podiatrists . He returned to his native lucan and commenced practice in 1997. He is a keen sailor, having completed many offshore passages and hopes to skipper his own sailboat someday. Helen Reynolds-associate Helen is a member of the society of chiropodists and podiatrists having obtained her qualification in 2002. She mainly works in various nursing homes and special needs facilities. When not working she enjoys travel and seeing new sights. We aim to provide the highest level of care, using high quality products and equipment in a pleasant environment. Our friendly podiatrists are fully qualified and H. E approved and are members of the Society of Chiropodists and Podiatrists of Ireland. Our knowledge is kept up to date to enable us to provide you with comprehensive care and treatment.
