Staff were lovely on an especially busy day but we got all we needed..everything was in the packaging and was put away till closer to the date..I opened the packaging from the veil to find a hole in it.i tried to contact the shop in ballymount by phone to no answer I did however get them on Facebook all they wanted to was a pic of the receipt never asked to see the fault and sent a message back that because it was bought in January there was nothing they could do..a joke as that's when you buy it...basically they are lovely on the day but the after they unfortunately can't do anything..very disappointing
