My experience was incredible. They held on to a dress for three months which was to have the lining replaced, kept telling me that they would have it in two weeks. Each time I called to collect the dress it hadn't been touched. Eventually three months later I took it back. There was no apology from proprietor. So incredible. My friends can't believe it. My advice don't touch this place. Absolutely no scruples
