Exit-Entry is a startup whose mission is to drastically change work opportunities for students globally. It enables students to showcase their many talents. They can also connect that talent directly with employers. Employers compete to identify and find the right talent for graduate and intern programs. Furthermore, today the process is driven by a one-dimensional view of talent. Hard skills in the form of grades, and employers are missing out on other forms of talent.

Exit-Entry is building the first global student community of opportunity. They are Driven by a passion for breaking the cycle of poverty. This creates the the opportunity for students to be recognized for the skills they have. This is also regardless of their background or struggles. How Does It Work?

To get the best overall experience from the app, follow these steps.

Students log in – create a profile – take a soft skills assessment ( ACRES based on 5 skills adaptability, collaboration, resilience, enthusiasm and self discipline )

Then create a short dynamic video.

Our software uses scientifically based analysis, sentiment analysis, data analysis, and machine learning to create insights. These insights are available to students and potential employers.
