Eamons Antique clock repairs Castlebellingham Co Louth Hobbyist in clocks, Dundalk

Six months ago I contacted Eamonn about a grandfather clock that I had bought back to Ireland. It had been in storage in a warehouse for more than 10 years and had no pendulum. Eamonn acquired a pendulum, worked his magic and got it going again. Thanks to his encouragement I fine tuned it for a month and since then it’s been keeping time perfectly. As accurate as any digital clock. Many thanks Eamonn, our home once again echoes to its chimes. I can wholeheartedly recommend you to anyone looking for a master clock man! Declan

Where do I start? From the moment I met Eamonn it was plain to see how knowledgeable he was about clocks and mine in particular. I have a russian cuckoo clock must be about 70 yrs old that hasn't worked in about 40 yrs. It was my late parents and I wanted to see if I could get it back operational to some degree. With plenty of prayers and candles lit and of course Eamonns hands it came through. I know it was very frustrating for you Eamonn and in your own words the most difficult clock you ever had to repair in your time but to hear it working again after that length of time you just can't put a price in it. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for the wonderful job you did. Such a patient and honest man, I would have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone. What you did for my clock others would of just binned it you and I have no doubt about that thankyou once again.

I left 2 clocks with Eamon for repair, one antique and one not. Both seized up. The antique one seized for 25 years. Both now in perfect working order. Would highly recommend Eamon for his knowledge and reliability

Eamonn is a wonderful horologist which we found here on this website in Co Louth. We are from Co Dublin. We had a old Westminster chiming clock that stopped 15 years ago belonging to my late dad. We phoned Eamonn to see what could be done about the clock, and he came across as a expert from the outset. We had to wait for a few weeks, as Eamonn is in retirement because of health issues, and only takes what he can do, and works from his home. We knew that we where in good hands from the start, because Eamonn has his been servicing his own clocks since the 1980's. He gave us a detailed overview on what had to be done to the clock, and works only with his hands, No machinery, and our opinion is not charging enough for the amazing work he undertakes. Our clock is back fully working and chiming away which bring great memories of my late dad. Thank you so much Eamonn. Peter Dempsey Dublin.

Friendly man, great knowledge on clocks. My wife was in tears when she seen her late dad's clock working again, she is so happy as the clock had not worked for over 30 years. We would highly recommend Eamon and his outstanding talent. God bless your hands.
