Dublin Analytic Practice, Malahide

There are times when we need to talk to someone whom we can rely on to help. Sometimes it can be difficult for those who are close to us to be able to provide this. Perhaps you are feeling down, unhappy or depressed, feel alone or isolated, stressed, worried or anxious.
You think no-one understands you and that there is no-one to turn to. Our team at Dublin Analytic Practice will accompany you in exploring what troubles you, leading towards an understanding of your problems and giving you a place to work through them.
We offer a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space with one of our psychotherapists/counsellors to provide an opportunity for both understanding and change.
