Description

Dry-cleaning simply means that fabric will not be cleaned in a water system but in a machine using dry solvent. The dry-cleaning process begins with the pre-treatment of spots and stains using special cleaning agents. The garments are then cleaned using solvents to remove soil and stains from the fabric.

Company description

One of the great advantages of dry-cleaning is the ability to dissolve greases and oils in a way water cannot. Natural fibres such as wool, silk, rayon and polyester are ideal for dry-cleaning but can shrink, distort and lose colour when washed in water. Dry-cleaning helps to return garments to a 'like new' condition without shrinkage, loss of colour and fabric distortion.
