Unfortunately we have had a very bad experience renting at this location. Units have leaked continuously and the landlord failed to act. We were assured sufficient security measures were in place yet our units were broken into and goods stolen. The landlord was not remotely interested. Finally during the snow storms in March 2018 both our units were filled with snow and are goods destroyed. The shocking part was the landlord entered the property, without notifying us, moving my goods without permission, in an attempt to cover up events, to protect his own interest and hide the fact that insufficient maintenance had been undertaken to prevent water and snow ingress. It took him 3 days to admit to his actions and he failed to take photos of events, substantially impacting our business. Shocking experience and a gross error on my part to ignore the signs. Rent anywhere but Drumree Self Storage. You but your goods and your goods at substantial risk
