Dowd Alarms Lucan - Terrible / Very poor service !! Rang Dowd Alarms alarms 4-5 times over the space of a week to try to organize a service and a to fix a window sensor after my house was broken into. After each call they took my details but never bothered rang back once. Every time I rang, they just said that they were too busy and took my details again. They have the engineering code for my alarm which they and wouldn't give me to allow me to get another company to carry out the work and repeatedly just told me that they were too busy. Extremely poor service and attitude towards customers.
