I bought a claddagh ring for my daugther's 16th birthday in June in Crystal jewellers in Blanchardstown, within 2 months of wear a diamond fell out and it broke in half and when returned (which I only got to do yesterday and don't live near the city) I was told that "it looked like it was put through a washing machine" by one lady (the lady who sold to me) which it most definitely had not and the other lady asked me if "she carried a school bag with it" and threw her eyes to heaven, when I said "of course she did carry a school bag with it" as with any ring I would buy as a gift I would hope they would wear it full time and not just when not carrying anything. I have never been treated as badly by a shop and will never return and could only advise others not too. The only thing they offered me ( and please note that there was absolutely no apology of any sort) was to return to their repair man to see if it was our fault or a faulty ring. I was under the pretence when I bought the ring, which was not cheap by any means that it would last a lifetime and my daughter could carry bags with it. Very upsetting day for my daughter and myself and very sad that any customer could be treated like that and especially in the run up to Christmas. I could not deal with this shop or either of these ladies ever again.

Con me beware sell cz rings and give certs to say you have a real diamond ring and if you bought it from them like I did :'( get it checked by another specialist so your not robbed like I was, they seem like nice men but once they screw you there not so nice
