John Costello - Managing Director FSCS, FRICS, Dip. Law The principal of Costello Commercial is John Oliver Costello, a Chartered Surveyor with over 35 years professional experience. John is Fellow of the Society of Chartered Surveyors and Fellow of the Royal Institution on Chartered Surveyors. In addition John's qualifications include a Masters in Philosophy Urban & Regional Planning (Edinburgh), Bachelor of Science in Surveying, Diploma in Environmental Economics and a Diploma in Arbitration Law. John is a Past Chairman of the General Practice Division of the Society of Chartered Surveyors and is also a Past President of the Society. Adrian Power-Kelly - Partner FSCS, FRICS, ACI. Arb, MIPFMA Adrian has over 25 years experience in all aspects of commercial property consultancy including commercial agency, rent reviews/lease renewals, valuation, rating and property portfolio management.
