Disgruntled disability, 29 January 2025
Today, 29th of January, 2025, I ordered 2 coffees and 2 cakes. I don't know if I was asked if they were to go or were they for consumption in the restaurant, but there was a mix-up in communication. They were to go but I don't know if I made that clear but when I clarified after one of the coffees was made, I wasn't quite shouted at, but close to it.
I have a slight disability, not noticable, but it's there, and the treatment I received from the staff made it very clear that they regarded me as both troublesome and a hindrance to them.
I left feeling absolutely disgusted with the treatment I received.
A place not recommended. A place in dire need to train in customer relations as their service was rude, abrupt and in bad need of consumer advice.

The coffee is of good quality but the staff are unfriendly. The staff in costa in Portlaoise shopping centre are better, and I wouldn't rate them highly either. It is the staff attitude towards customers that prompted me to do this review.
