The late Cora Hallinan established the Agency in 1996 to focus on the geriatric care and nursing home sector: Cora, an RGN, mother of 3 and dedicated to her work, had her first office at home. When she died in a car accident, the Agency had already expanded substantially in its range of services, with its own offices and a growing staff.
