I agree their service is really dreadful, so disappointed, would not recommend them at all

I would NEVER buy as much as a match from Co Wexford Fireplaces in Castlebridge again and would advise people to not bother with it when choosing a stove. The service is terrible and the after sales is even worse. Bought a new stove in July 2014. Then 8 months later the back plate had broken along with two bars. This is covered by warranty and should not have been a problem to fix. They said they would replace them and despite many phone calls, visits to their shop in Ardcavan and many promises to deal with it, FIVE MONTHS later, we still cannot use our stove. they say they with get back, will phone the main supplier but actually do NOTHING. in the end, we were reduced to dealing with the manufacturer directly. When you hand over your hard earned cash to the lady in the shop, she is no longer is interested. Every time we called or visited the shop, she would AGAIN ask for our phone number as she clearly wasn't writing it down and if she did, i assume she put it in the bin as soon as we left the shop or hung up. Appalling service. After dealing with the manufacturer, we found out that no call had EVER been made to their offices by Co wexford Fireplaces. If I hadn't phoned the company myself I would still be waiting. Don't go there folks unless you have money to throw away.
