Claire is a warm, highly-committed, compassionate practitioner who brings a multi-disciplinary approach to therapy and development based on her background in Nutritional Therapy as well as Clinical Med. Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy, CBT, EFT, Mind Coaching, and Counselling.
In her work, she utilises a variety of modalities and techniques as may be required for each individual and their unique presenting background and issue. Giving you the support and tools to cope with your thoughts, emotions and life issues. Tailoring the therapy to the client, as people respond differently to different approaches and therapies. By using the right therapy & best approach to help you progress successfully and make the changes to improve your life. Helping you get the most out of your life, feel stronger and happier.
