I called into the shop as I was having issues with my recently bought phone. The customer service was awful to say the least. Firstly I was told they can only send the phone away to Samsung and it will take 3 weeks for me to get it back. I explained I wasn't happy with the phone, it wasn't functional 100% of the time and I was misinformed about the phone. The woman got extremely rude and responded with "what do you expect,you only paid 180euro . Not as if you paid for an IPhone". Shocking response. Would not recommend. The level of professional and service was an absolute disgrace.
