Care for Me are a diverse Irish owned HSE preferred provider and are dedicated to providing person centered care and supporting clients in the comfort, security and familiarity of their own homes. Care for Me offer a wide range of home care packages designed to suit the individual homecare needs of our clients. We provide person centred home care and home help plans which are developed by our trained Care Managers in conjunction with the Client or Representative along with the Public Health Nurse or G.P. where necessary.
