Canal Local Employment Service Network (Canal LESN) is an innovative, state funded organisation that provides a free local, quality recruitment service to employers and unemployed jobseekers. We aim to match appropriate clients to employers’ vacancies by having:
• a specialised understanding of the labour market to respond to your recruitment needs
•an extensive client base of jobseekers living in the Bluebell, Inchicore, Islandbridge, Kilmainham and Rialto areas.
We offer unemployed job-seekers support and guidance services to assist you in finding employment by:
• Exploring your skills and aptitudes
• Examining your strengths and weaknesses
• Setting a realistic career path of action
• Giving you support and advice
• Providing information on training and education
• Assisting you to source employment vacancies
• Referring you to other appropriate services where necessary
