Bohan Dry Cleaners, Mallow

My wife took one of my shirts and one of her dresses to this dry cleaners last week, as we always do with these two items, because we don't want to wash them at home in case we damage them in any way (they were bought abroad and it would be fairly difficult and expensive to replace them), so we bring them to professional cleaners every time. And never ever happened to them until this time in Bohan Dry Cleaners. Specifically to my wife's dress. It is a red dress with white flowers in it. Well, the flowers are not white anymore, but pink. I haven't seen the actual dress nor the shirt (I hope that is not spoiled too), but they called saying that happened. When my wife asked what was wrong, they said they would try to fix it and then call us back again. They called today saying nothing can be done to fix it, so my wife asked for explanations, and some guy (apparently the one who make the deed) started talked to her in a very rude manner, basically taking no responsibility and blaming my wife for it!. Stay away!!!
