Blood Bike Leinster is a dedicated voluntary charity providing a vital, medical transport service to hospitals, hospices, healthcare facilities, and patients throughout Leinster. Operating 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, our highly trained volunteer riders and drivers support the healthcare system by delivering blood, blood products, urgent laboratory samples, medications, donor breast milk, medical equipment, and other time-critical healthcare items when they are needed most.

Our service helps reduce costs within the healthcare system while ensuring that essential medical supplies reach their destination quickly, safely, and efficiently. Every volunteer gives their time freely, motivated by a commitment to supporting patient care and improving health outcomes across the communities we serve.
