I like you to feel well from the moment you enter the studio, during your practice and beyond, so that we create long lasting energy and wellbeing. You can expect to be challenged and feel every muscle of your body working although you’ll never be pushed into something you don’t feel ready for. The studio philosophy is to condition the bodies so that we can do better what we LOVE and this will have such an impact that even the things you don’t love doing will become easier.
