B&Q Dublin - Liffey Valley, Irishtown

Double charged. Was charged at one checkout. Transaction completed and said completed on machine and it showed up on my Revolut there was an issue printing the receipt. Waited 5 or 10 mins for receipt to print but it wouldnt. Then was brought to another checkout where I got charged a 2nd time! They then told me they think I will get the money back in 9 days, but to come back in if it's a problem, so I'm out of pocket for now until whenever that happens, if it happens. No apology, nothing. Very annoying. Customer service phone number will only deal with online orders and wouldn't help me or answer any questions even though its the same company, just kept repeating the same thing I had heard 10 times like I was stupid. I've spent thousands in this shop but the customer service today in store and by phone was awful.

I tried to buy tiles in the Tallaght branch but was told that they didn't have enough in stock. However the branch in Liffey Valley had plenty. I did the click and collect and went to Liffey Valley. When I got there I was told that the warehouse was such a mess that they couldn't find my tiles. However if I returned the next day they'd have them for me. My tiler was waiting on them. When I got home I received an email to say that they had cancelled the whole transaction. They still kept my money and I will have to wait for a refund. Absolutely shocking carry on.
