Anita has worked and trained in the Holistic industry since 1997, she has a firm belief that we must treat our body mind and spirit as one, if there is disharmony in one section then it will have direct effect on each of the other parts, “we are all one”.

All the treatments, classes and courses provided at Athy Holistic centre, focus on treating each person as an individual and so each treatment is adjusted to meet your requirements, no two people are alike and as we heal our needs change, so it makes sense that no two treatments would be the same and that the treatments grow and change as the your needs change.
