Description

All sessions are available online or in person.
Through specific relaxation and hypnosis techniques I bring you down into trance where we can communicate directly with the subconscious mind and all change to take place. This is where powerful positive suggestions can replace old negative habits and beliefs and we embed new positive suggestions which allows the desired change to happen. This is a safe, enjoyable and relaxing experience. Many feel as if they were just daydreaming or in a relaxing trance.
The process itself aims to alter our state of consciousness in a way that relaxes the conscious part of the mind while simultaneously stimulating and focussing the subconscious part. This heightened state of awareness – reached using skilled relaxation techniques, allows the therapist to then make appropriate suggestions.

I offer solution based hypnotherapy which is combined with NLP (neuro linguistic programming)
