All About Attics, Meath

Initial dealings very good. Mareck turned up when he said he would for quoting and starting work. Work started 12th July 2021. His 2 workers(Addi +Richie)punctual and very hard working in the July heat. Only issue during the 2 week work period was on 2 seperate days the plasterer and plumber never showed up. I dont appreciate waiting around all day expecting someone being paid by me to turn up. Some of the finishing was not great. There is a severe creak in the middle of the room floor boards, I have tried to screw them tighter but it is still loud. One corner of the room is not flat which I noticed when putting down the laminate floor. I scraped/sanded it down as best I could but it is still uneven. The small door frames into the eaves are uneven which is noticeable to the eye. We also had leaks when the first big rain hit, Addi came back to fix them. So nearly 5 months later we are still without a radiator in the attic and with the cold weather we had to buy a plug in heater. We are also waiting on the engineer certificate promised. I have rang Marek time and time again and he keeps promising to get it sorted. I find it funny that he gets you to sign a contract for the work he will do and then doesnt comply with "HIS" contract. As I have said to him I class it as 5 months to do a 2 week job and I could not recommend All About Attics to anyone.
