Description

I am a Counsellor, a Reiki Therapist and a Shamanic Practitioner. I provide you with a safe space to help you unpack your experiences at a pace that suits you. I provide you with a safe space to explore your experiences and help you to nurture and heal yourself so you can make the necessary changes that you desire. My approach is gentle, supportive and encouraging.

Anxiety, stress, and overwhelming thoughts can get in the way of living your best life. Through allowing you to gently unpack your experiences in a heart centred space I can help you find ways to manage your stress. Through grounding exercises, meditation practice and energy therapy I can help you feel safe.

I can help you nurture a better relationship with yourself and others and encourage you to set healthy boundaries. I can help you to become stronger in your relationships and encourage you to step into your personal power.

My offerings include Reiki therapy and Psychotherapy. Reiki healing can have a profound effect on the body, helping you let go of old, stuck patterns. Psychotherapy will help you speak about your experiences and process them in a safe space. As a Counsellor and Reiki Therapist, I can offer you the opportunity to combine these therapies on your healing journey. The choice of therapy is up to you.
