You know exactly who I am. You did semi permanent eye brow, used two different colours on me, as a result I had patchy eye brows for 5 years. After 2 treatments I came to you, expressed my dissatisfaction, you justified your poor work. Offered me another appointment for additional fee. For whatever reason I agreed to come in again. You did not show up for my appointment.
