5th Gear Driving School, Rush

This was the terrible school. Please stay away from it! Once You have paid for lessons and get to 3rd or 4th lessons You can't contact this instructor. He is a big cheater.

people beware this school is a nightmare. stay well away. M took my money for lessons was then never available for lessons ignored texts, phone calls and emails. When lessons where arranged he would show up late once showing up 45 mins late for an hour lesson was on his phone threw out lessons. One lesson he turned up with his baby in the back seat the very unprofessional and still to this day has not returned my remaining money has cause nothing but stress and hassle stay well away

Keep away from this school! Once paid, it is extremely difficult to book and actually get any lessons. Even when booked, lessons are systematically cancelled by the instructor for different reasons, or the instructor do not show up without previous notice, or ignore phone calls, messages etc. Finally it is impossible to get refund from these people so just keep away and do not waste your money. Dealing with M. and M. is really annoying and they really absolutely should be stopped from abusing other clients/learners. BTW - if anybody has the same experience with the instructor Mr M., ADI Number: ***** (Fifth Gear driving school) - you can report it by mail to RSA: [email protected]. You can report your issue as well to the National Consumer Agency www.nca.ie who are the expert advisory body set up to assist people with consumer related issues. In addition, if your complaint is in relation to a refund of the remaining fee paid, you can consult with Consumer Affairs Ireland on how best to proceed.
