Delighted I bought my car from Paul, a very nice man to deal with. Had a few problems while the car was still in warranty and no problem fixing the car.

Recently bought a Kia Sportage, was an easy transaction and Paul was also a gent to deal with! My mum had previously bought a Toyota Auris from Paul a few years ago and never had any problems with it. So far its running well and very happy with the purchase!
Bought a vintage landrover from Paul and Jamie. Very happy with the transaction. Further information and advice was readily available afterwards. Very nice people to deal with. Highly recommend. Mairtin.

Do not recommend. My friend has had a awful experience with Southwest. Not only have they knowingly sold a faulty car, they have also failed to follow through with their promise of fixing SOME of the issues found immediately after purchase. Their behaviour is appalling, I wouldn't do business with them.

I bought a 161 Peugeot 308 from Paul. It is in excellent condition and running perfectly. The car was good value and low mileage. No issues.

I delayed writing a review to make sure it wasn't too good to be true and it was not. I bought a Ford Galaxy from Paul last week. I travelled from Cork so there was a lot of phone calls and questions back and forth before I went down to make sire the car was suitable. Paul was helpful and very willing to take my many calls 😅 The price for quality was unbeaten around Ireland, hence the reason I travelled. As a Cork woman I was unsure about having a KY reg but when I need a car in the future I will be sure to check out this place. Great costumer service, no bs, it is as it appears. 👌
Bought a Honda Civic on the 25th of January from this company. The car has been undrivable from less than 24hours after we bought the car. Falsely advertised. Car was dirty with animal hair everywhere and had not even been serviced recently. I would not recommend. Poor customer service

Southwest car sales are a hidden little gem in Tralee, If you’re looking to purchase a second hand car or van this is the place to go.Customers service and dealing with Paul was on point , one hundred precent , I would highly recommend dealing with Paul and southwest car sales team . Was recommended this car sales by family. Purchased a car 2 months ago and no hassle since. Car came serviced, valeted and aftercare offered if needed. Have since sent friends there who have purchased as well. Great selection of cars and he also sources cars if they don't have what your looking for. Shout out to paul, gent to deal with A+

High service and value is provided and aftercare given is the key to a successful business and highly recommend if you looking for new vehicle.

Paul and his staff brought a vintage car I bought from Cahirciveen to Dublin . Paul was very helpful in planning the move to suit me and the seller. He kept me informed at all stages of the plan which ran like clockwork. Great value for all that was involved. Now time to hit the road. William Foley

Bought a family car from Paul today . Very friendly chatty fella. I had first contact With him Friday and arranged a trade in price over the phone and was able to buy the car today. Was extremely convenient. Made me feel very comfortable and there was no pressure on at all from him to make a purchase if I wasn’t happy. There was a great selection of cars there and Paul happily advised me what would be best for me. Also found that here was the best value vehicles here compared to many other garages. Delighted with my new vehicle and will be recommending to my family and friends.

I recently bought a Skoda Octavia off Paul and Jamie. The lads were sound to deal with. Paul picked my son and I from the train station. I was left to check the car over for as long as I wanted with no hassle. I would definately purchase a car from Southwest car sales again

Paul is a pleasure to deal with. This is my first purchase from him myself but came highly recommended from two other family members who have bought cars before. He even picked me up from the train station when I went to collect my car. Absolute gentleman to deal with.
Excellent experience buying a car from Paul and Jamie. They were very accommodating, meeting with me late Friday night to view the car.
The car itself came with a FSH and warranty. I had a small issue which they looked after for me, no questions asked. They have been brilliant communicating throughout the experience and I would highly recommend
Bought a jeep recently, it was absolutely spotless inside & out they waited late a evening for us so we could view it, their honest & very easy to deal with, there was no pressure we're delighted with our new purchase. Thanks lads.

10/10 Service. They went above and beyond for me. They took my vehicle to a CRVT for me, went and got new tires after it failed, retested it, then brought it back without me having to lift a finger. A hardworking and honest people, with great handling of vehicles, can't recommend them enough. Would give a higher rating if I could.
