Very negative experience. This company is a rip off, they are unprofessional and dishonest. Called to my house and charged 200 euro and didn’t fix the problem, told me once I got the right part they would come back and fix it for no additional fee. When I got the part they kept avoiding my calls, not calling back and when I eventually got them they wanted to charge an additional 250 to come back. Fixed a date to come back and they never showed up or returned calls. The issue was a total of 20 minutes work once I got an honest plumber to call out. They would have charged 450 euro for this.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Very quick response Two lovely guys sorted issues with my boiler and explained all the work and even showed me the old scaled-up elements they replaced. Plus they did the job in less time. Polite, friendly, no mess and a great experience. And now I have hot water again! Recommended!!

Called this company they came to change 3 taps and fix an annoying running toilet. Plumber was nice trustworthy lad who’s work is up to standard he was very reliable and professional and did a fab job. I would definitely recommend.

Sharma, 17 May 2023 Called this company and im really pleased with the service. The plumber who arrived was called Michael he was really nice polite and genuine. He was very clear giving us advice. It was a very small space to get into so he took a video to show us the leaks had been stopped. Would definitely recommend and use again.

This company MAC Plumbing was professional in both communication and quality of work. We had a leak in the attic and it was driping on our ceiling they fixed the problem for us. It is refreshing having someone In the industry who is reliable and friendly.

This ''company'' is not professional at all, they left my place with problems that I didn't have before. For your safety, don't call them, and don't trust them. They are not professional at all.
