Paid deposit last July after paying a visit to the office, everything seemed totally legit and fully functional. Got an email in November to pay the remaining money. Thankfully I decided to wait until nearer the time of delivery, which was to be January. In January then I discovered the site is gone, business is gone and any contact number I had I cannot get through to. Absolutely sickened every time I think of it. Made an application with the bank for a charge back as I paid via debit card. Hoping I and everyone else gets their moment back. Disgusting to think that these people were still taking orders and money off people well after they knew things were going/gone belly up!!!

Couldn't run a puddle down a drain let alone a company

Awful behaviour from them all round. Has anyone else affected been contacted by their accountants as promised?

Nightmare Company my foot! Took my near 80 yesr old fathers money his retirement cabin even when they knew they were going belly up , absolutely disgrace how they sleep at night us beyond me cause I kniw my poor father doesn't... now they are gone into liquidation. Scum bags at the highest level, I wouldn't give them a star but there is no option not too

Will you please get in touch with the fraud squad team about this company. You have no chance of getting your money back. If we get together we have a chance. My number is 0863700563 Shane. This company is still taking orders and letting people down. Why won't you give the money back to the families who trusted you to supply a cabin. A special needs child has been let down and you refuse to give them back their deposit

Don't even think about using this company and if you do think about it, decide against it. I ordered and paid for a cabin in January 2020 and more than a year later, despite innumerable phone calls and many 'guaranteed' delivery dates, I am still waiting. If you're looking for lies and prevarication this is the company for you. If you want a log cabin, go elsewhere!
