Originally a great service from 2021 when I joined but issues since August this year. Any bit of bad weather, mist rain etc and broadband speed drops to a level where at worst I can't even send an email. I have had intermittent problems since then which have worsened since the start of Nov 23 and remain unresolved since 6th Nov. There customer service is shockingly poor and their terms of service actually say that they are not accountable for failure of service so apparently they get 40 per month whether or not it works!!! I asked for a partial refund for the times the broadband fails, they refused. Definitely don't recommend, they don't care and blame any service issue on many erroneous excuses. Their system says there isn't a problem so the fact that it doesn't work on the ground means nothing to them, they don't care so long as they have the money. I suspect they now have more customers than they can provide for. Look elsewhere, I am
