They only use cash for a reason! 😡 This place should be shut down. They got a splinter in my nail once. Made my fingers bleed. This time, my natural nails were really long and I asked for gel extensions, and I told the guy I wanted to keep my length but he insisted he cut them, usually they only cut them a small bit at the top, but he cut them right down to the nail bed, a very controlling person. Took me ages to get my nails to the length they were, I was so proud of them. Didn't enjoy the rest of my time there after that. Extremely angry. 😡 If I could give zero stars I would. 😡

Absolutely horrendous. I went in for my wedding nails, paid extra to get a hand painted design. The work was HORRIBLE. I advised the lady that would not suit, and she refused to fix it. Will never be back, and advising everyone not to spend their money there. Awful customer service from the dark haired woman finishing the nails.

I would give zero stars if i could. My daughter got her nails done here and picked up an infection. I went back with her to try and get her money back. We spoke to the manager but he refused to reimburse her and accused her of breaking the nail on purpose to get her money back. I would advise anyone to think twice before setting foot in that disgusting place!

I had gone in to get a removal of my beautiful set I got done in dublin. The sanitation in that place is abhorrent, none of the techs wear gloves and one of them had a plaster on his finger. Pretty sure that’s illegal. The techs didn’t wear masks to protect themselves and half of them were coughing up a storm. All I wanted was a removal and 2 separate people had to tackle it, they were just normal acrylics with jewels stuck on with acrylic so and the techs complained they were too thick and I paid too much money for them, insulting me and my tech. They in fact not too thick, they just had an incorrect take down method. I was there for I’d say over an hour for a simple job any tech would’ve been able to do faster. I immensely regret my decision to go there for a removal and will never be setting foot on the premises again.

It's terrible this day and age they dont take credit cards, another way to escape paying there full taxes. I dont carry cash due to being robbed a couple times and find it very inconvenient to go get cash. This needs to be changed. They are alway talking and laughing across customer, which I find very rude. Not very professional at all.

Called in to ask if I could make an appointment for acrylic nails and color but all the staff were busy with clients. I was pointed to the waiting area and I could not see if there was a queuing system. Within minutes I was called to get my nails filed then directed to another staff member to pay - cash only accepted. Then I waited for over an hour for the next process then a further hour for filing and then 15 minutes for the color. The process took in excess of 21/2 hours - my nails were well done a for a good price but far too long waiting. A manager/receptionist is needed to organize what could be a great business. Most clients were very annoyed at the long process
