Six Month Mark

Six Month Mark!

It’s coming up to six months now that Executive Office Suites has been in operation. With a flurry of new tenants, it’s great to see so much activity around the place. It’s a real hive of energy and excitement coming into the summer season. Over the last six months it has been a great pleasure getting to know the area and the occupants in the community. Several people have given us great support since the opening ceremony with Cllr Ken O’Flynn back in November.

Rose Scully in Murphy’s chemist has been doing trojan work in connection with the North Main Street Traders association. This is a group of local traders who are trying to improve the area’s amenities including; general access, parking, policing etc.  They work in conjunction with some of the better-known establishments in the area, like St. Peters Church and the Gate cinema to generate awareness for North Main Street.

Phillies on Castle Street did a wonderful job of Catherine’s hair on the opening night and is a great hairdresser, with excellent service and staff. Stephen, from Stephen Gleeson’s Jeweller pops in occasionally to reset all the clocks throughout the offices and Gloria Jeans Coffee Shop just beside us is great if you need a delicious refuel throughout the day.

We have also began working with Noreen O Sullivan in acquiring new tenants for the offices. She has been a great help and it’s been lovely working with her for the last couple of weeks.

Overall, the move to Castle Street has been a fantastic experience and a learning curve. I’m sure in the coming months and years the North Main Street area will be bustling with friendly merchants and shoppers in a rejuvenated area of the City.
