'We were sharing a large sparkling water, and nibbling on our prawn crackers, when our selection arrived. We had Vietnam spring rolls, prawn dumpling and pork and prawn dumplings. We mixed up some soya sauce and chilli oil to create a dip, ate each in turn. The flavours of all three were well balanced, light and delicious. We followed up with some roast duck and prawns with cashew nuts, all served with noodles and fried rice. Again, these dishes, especially the duck, were very good, and we managed to finish with a beautifully light mango custard.'
